"2019 Rankings of National Grade 1 Real Estate Valuers" were prepared according to credit records of Grade 1 real estate valuers (709 in all nationwide) obtained before December 31, 2019 and relevant indicators. The rankings are made separately by comprehensive rating, given indicators and type of valuation activities. Only Grade 1 real estate valuers with status as independent legal entity and their affiliates are eligible. Other related legal entities were excluded.
